BATCHKING-60 is a ready-mix concrete production unit known for its high performance and durability. This product is designed for the production of high quality concrete used in the construction industry. With its 60 m³/h capacity, it is capable of producing large quantities of ready-mixed concrete. The single shaft mixer, one of the main components of the product, stands out with its 1,500 liter inlet volume and 1 m³ fresh concrete capacity. The mixer’s powerful 37 KW engine ensures efficient operation and supports the production of quality concrete. With a total volume of 80 m³, there are 4 hopper compartments for storing aggregates. The weighing conveyor belt measures 800*14.000 mm and is powered by an 11 KW engine, while the sand conveyor belt measures 800*28.500 mm and is powered by a 22 KW engine. The 75-ton cement silo and Ø219*12.000 mm cement screw in BATCHKING-60 are designed to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the system.
Another important component that increases the power of this product is the compressor with an engine power of 4 KW and the water pump operating with a capacity of 500 lt/min. In this way, BATCHKING-60 makes it possible to produce continuous and high quality ready-mixed concrete by working stably.
