BATCHKING-120 plays an important role in the construction industry as a high-performance and reliable concrete production plant. With a capacity of 105 m³/h of ready-mixed concrete, this special product is designed to be used robustly in large projects. BATCHKING-120, which has superior mixing features, is equipped with a twin shaft mixer type. The inlet volume of the mixer is 3,000 liters and the fresh concrete capacity is 2 m³.
The aggregate bunker is another important feature of the BATCHKING-120. With a total volume of 120 m³, this hopper offers 30 m³ of space in each compartment. A weighing conveyor belt measuring 1,000*16,000 mm and a sand conveyor belt measuring 1,000*28,500 mm were used to ensure efficient operation of the plant. Each of these conveyor belts is powered by powerful motors; 15 KW motor power for the weighing conveyor belt and 30 KW motor power for the sand conveyor belt. Other important components of the BATCHKING-120 include 2 cement silos. These silos, each with a capacity of 100 tons, enable a continuous and uninterrupted production process. The cement auger is designed with Ø273* 12.000 mm dimensions and is powered by a 15 KW motor. A compressor with a capacity of 1,000 l/min and a water pump with a capacity of 50 m³/h are also integrated to increase the functionality of the plant.
