RAPIDKING-60 is a high performance concrete batching plant used in industrial scale concrete production. With a production capacity of 55 m3 per hour (M³/H) of ready-mixed concrete, this plant enables fast and reliable production of large quantities of concrete needed in the construction industry. RAPIDKING-60’s single shaft type mixer draws attention with its 1,500 liter inlet volume and 1 m3 fresh concrete capacity. Thanks to its 37 KW engine power, it operates with high efficiency. In addition, the 60 m3 total aggregate hopper volume is equipped with 4 hopper compartments of 15 m3 each.
The weighing conveyor belt measures 800*8.000 mm and is equipped with 7.5 KW motor power. The cement silo, which plays an important role in the concrete production process, offers the opportunity to store large quantities of cement with a capacity of 75 tons. The cement auger measures Ø219*8.000 mm and is powered by a 9.2 KW motor. RAPIDKING-60 provides a capacity of 500 liters/minute with its compressor and operates at 4-6 Bar working pressure. The water pump has a pumping capacity of 40 m3 of water per hour and operates with an engine power of 5.5 KW. These technical features make RAPIDKING-60 an ideal choice for large construction projects and industrial applications.
Conmach RapidKing-60 Is Capable Of Producing 55 M³ / Hour Of Ready Mix Concrete. 1.500/1.000 L Pan Mixer Is Installed On This Concrete Batching Plant. Aggregate Bunker Has 4 Bins, Each Of Which Can Take 15 M³ Of Aggregate Materials. For Use In This Batching Plant, 1 75-Tons Cement Silo Is Recommended.
