RAPIDKING-30 has a capacity to produce 30 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete per hour. The product has a powerful pan mixer. The inlet volume of the mixer is 750 liters and the fresh concrete capacity is 0.5 cubic meters. The aggregate hopper has a total volume of 30 cubic meters and each hopper compartment has a volume of 7.5 cubic meters. The weighing conveyor belt measures 700*5,500 mm and is powered by a 7.5 KW motor. The product offers cement storage option; the optional cement silo has a capacity of 50 tons. In addition, the cement auger measures Ø168 * 5,500 mm and has a motor power of 4 KW.
Other important components of RAPIDKING-30 include a compressor with a capacity of 200 lt/min and a water pump with a capacity of 40 m³/h. The working pressure of the compressor can be adjusted between 4-6 bar and operates with a motor power of 2.2 KW. The water pump is also powered by a 2.2 KW motor and has the capacity to supply 40 cubic meters of water per hour.
