BLOCKKING-09MS/MD provides high productivity in block and paving stone production. It is a powerful option to meet the needs of efficient production in the construction industry. Thanks to its semi-automatic operation, hydraulic motor power (7.5 kW) and vibrator motor power (1×5.5 kW), it can produce blocks of different sizes in large quantities. It has a capacity of 3,000 pieces per shift in 20x20x40 cm block production, 4,000 pieces in 15x20x40 cm block production and 6,000 pieces in 10x20x40 cm block production. It can also cover an area of 250 square meters in cobblestone production in a single shift.
BLOCKKING-09MS/MD includes a mixer equipped with a powerful transmission motor (7.5 kW). Transfer belts, the length of which can be adjusted to suit specific needs, efficiently transport different materials for mortar and sand conveyors.
Specially designed wheelbarrows are used to ensure ease of access to pallets for the blocks and paving stones produced. Pallet picking is carried out quickly and efficiently thanks to the wheelbarrows. This method contributes to the orderly stacking of products, easy delivery to the end user and efficient working environment in production facilities.
