BATCHKING-135 is a concrete batching plant product designed for high capacity and efficient concrete production in the construction industry. With a production capacity of 135 m³/h of ready-mixed concrete, this special unit offers ideal possibilities for large construction projects. The twin shaft mixer used in BATCHKING-135 provides a powerful performance with an inlet volume of 4,500 liters and a fresh concrete capacity of 3 m³. In addition, the total volume of the hoppers where the aggregates are stored is 120 m³ and each hopper compartment has a capacity of 30 m³. The weighing conveyor belt in the product measures 1.000*16.000 mm and has a motor power of 15 KW. Also, the sand conveyor belt is equipped with 1.000*32.500 mm dimensions and 30 KW motor power.
BATCHKING-135 has 2 cement silos with a capacity of 100 tons. Also, the cement auger is designed with Ø273*12,000 mm dimensions and 15 KW motor power, so that the cement mixing is done homogeneously. The compressor in the product has a capacity of 1,000 liters/minute and a working pressure of 4-6 bar, while the water pump has a capacity of 70 m³/hour and a motor power of 7.5 KW.
