The single shaft type mixer has an inlet volume of 3,000 liters and a fresh concrete capacity of 2 M³. Moreover, the dual motor system speeds up the mixing process by offering a total power of 74 KW (2*37 KW). The aggregate hopper contains 4 hopper compartments of 15 M³ each with a total volume of 60 M³. This makes it possible to store and handle different types of aggregates. The weighing conveyor belt has dimensions of 1.000 * 14.500 mm and operates with a motor power of 18,5 KW, ensuring precise weighing.
To increase the cement storage capacity of MOBKING-100, 2 units of 100 tons of cement are added. Moreover, the cement screw system is designed with Ø273*10,000 mm dimensions and 15 KW motor power, so that the cement feeding process is realized in a precise and controlled manner. The product is also equipped with a compressor with a capacity of 500 lt/min, a water pump with a capacity of 50 M³/h and a motor power of 5.5 KW.
