It is the main unit that produces different types of blocks, interlocking pavers and curbstones. It is chosen either semi or full automatically controlled. The machine's model determines the production capacity.
The machine can be designed with either single or double bunker. The first bunker is to produce blocks and also interlocks and curbstones in single layer. The second bunker is to produce a second layer for interlocking pavers and curbstones.
It has vibrators at the top and bottom side of the vibration table. The vibrator power changes according to the machine's model and the concrete products.
It is used to produce low slump concrete for the block & interlock making machine. The ratio of the materials inside the concrete mix (cement, aggregate, sand and water) is weighted by the automation system of the batching plant.
If the block & interlock making machine has double bunker, there are two options for the mixer; first is to use just one mixer and use a movable rotating transfer belt so that the belt feeds both of the bunkers and second is to use two units of Mixers so that each mixer feeds one of the bunkers via the belt all the time.
The capacity of the mixer is decided according to the concrete requirement of the block & interlock making machine.
It is used to transfer the low slump concrete from the mixer to the block & interlock making machine.
The length and width of the belt is designed according to the capacity of the mixer and the machine's model.
If the block & interlock making machine has double bunker, there are two options for the mortar transfer belt; one is to use the movable rotating transfer belt so that the belt feeds both of the bunkers and the second is to use two units of mortar transfer belt with two units of mixer so that each belt feeds one of the bunkers all the time.
Each mould consists of a male part and a female part. The male part is plugged to the top vibrator table and the female part is plugged to the bottom vibrator table.
The moulds are generally divided into 3 groups; block moulds, interlocking paver moulds and curbstone (kerbstone) moulds.
To produce a different size or shape of concrete product, the previous mould on the block & interlock machine has to be changed with the one that is going to be used.
It is also called as Stacker and used to carry the wet concrete products (blocks, interlocking pavers, curbstones, etc...) laid on the pallets from the block & interlock making machine to the drying area by a forklift.
If just interlocking paver is produced all the time, the pallets can be without legs. However if any block or curbstone is produced from time to time, the pallets have to have legs to be carried by a forklift. The quantity of the stacked pallets over each other should be decided according to the forklift's capacity. Generally forklift operators choose to stack and carry 4-6 rows of pallets at once.
It is used to stock and discharge different types of sand and aggregate. The number of the different materials and the volume of each bin are the parameters for designing and manufacturing the aggregate bunker.
Its bins are generally filled by a digger bucket or dump truck.
It is used to transfer aggregate and sand from the aggregate bunker to the weighing batcher so to the mixer.
The length and width of the belt is designed according to the capacity of the mixer, the length and the height difference between the aggregate bunker's weighing belt and the mixer's aggregate weighing batcher.
The Cement Silo is used to stock and discharge the requested quantity of cement. The size and quantity of the cement silo is choosen by the customer according to the cement consumption of the block & interlock making machine and how close the cement supplier is to the customer's site.
The Cement Screw is used to transfer the cement from the Cement Silo to the Cement Weighing Batcher. The diameter and the length of the screw is choosen according to the volume of the mixer.
The Silo Filter is used to block the dust to come out from the Cement Sİlo.
It is used to take and weigh aggregate and sand from the Aggregate Bunker, cement from the Cement Silo(s) and water from the Water Tank automatically.
When any receipt is saved to the plc and called to be activated, the plc starts the process and weighs automatically. Also if the operator wants to interrupt the process or change any parameter, he can do it by switching the button from the automatic mode to the manual mode.
It is an optional equipment used to cube (collect) the dried concrete products (blocks, interlocking pavers and curbstones) from the machine pallets to lay them over the euro pallets. During this operation it makes what 4-5 labours can do at the same time.
It can be operated either semi or full automatic. In semi automatic mode, the operator has to use the joysticks and buttons to move the cubing arm. In full automatic mode, the operator just watches the movements of the cubing arm and steps in if any problem occurs.
The Elevator is used instead of the Stacking System Robot and stocks the pallets with wet concrete products in rows.
The Finger Car takes all these pallets from the Elevator and lays them to the shelves of the Curing Room. When the wet concrete products get dried in the Curing Room, the Finger Car takes these pallets with the dried concrete products over to transfer them to the Lowerator.
The Lowerator leaves the pallets one by one as working exactly opposite of the Elevator that takes the pallets one by one. All these processes are done automatically.
