A General Layout Plan is going to be prepared for the customer according to the capacity and configuration he selects either it is MobKing series Mobile type Concrete Batching Plant or BatchKing series Stationary type Concrete Batching Plant.
Mixer Group consists of Mixer, Weighing Scales, Aggregate Waiting Hopper and Main Chassis.
Mixer is the heart of the Concrete Batching Plants that mixes aggregate, sand, cement, water and additives to produce ready mix concrete.
There are four different types of Mixers; Pan Mixer, Single Shaft Mixer, Twinshaft Mixer and Planetary Mixer. Size and type of the Mixer is chosen according to the production capacity and general slump value of concrete.
Aggregate Bunker is used to stock and discharge different types of sand and aggregate. Number of the different materials and volume of each bin are the parameters used for designing and manufacturing the aggregate bunker. The Aggregate Bunker can be from 1 to 8 bins with a capacity of 5 m3 to 50 m3 each.
Aggregate Bunker's bins are generally filled by a digger bucket or dump truck. Also a Prefeeding Sand Conveyor Belt is used to transfer sand and aggregate to the bin automatically.
Automation System is used to take and weigh aggregate and sand from Aggregate Bunker, cement from Cement Silo(s) and water from Water Tank and additive(s) from Additive Tank(s) automatically. When any receipt is saved to the plc and called to be activated, the plc starts the process and weighs automatically. Also if the operator wants to interrupt the process or change any parameter, he can do it by switching the button from the automatic mode to the manual mode.
Cement Sllo is used to stock and keep cement inside. Cement inside the Cement Silo is transfered by Cement Silo Screw Conveyor to the Mixer.
Cement Silo's capacity starts from 10 ton up to 3.000 tons. However 50 ton, 75 ton and 100 ton Cement Silos are mostly used for the ready mix concrete.
Bolted type Cement Silos bring the advantage of space saving during transportation. Besides mounted Cement Silos can not fit into the container as one piece.
Pressure Safety Valve, Butterfly Valve, Level Indicators, Air Fludization Nozzles and Pulse Valve are some of the Cement Silo Accessories used together with the Cement Silo as a complete set.
Cement Screw Conveyor is used to transfer cement from Cement Silo to Mixer of the Concrete Batching Plant. Cement Screw Conveyor is made up from a tubular trough equipped with one inlet and outlet spout, a welded flange at each tube end, helicoid screw flighting welded on a centre pipe with coupling bush at each end, two end bearing assemblies complete with self-adjusting shaft seal and a number of intermediate hanger bearings depending on the overall length.
Cement Silo Fiter is a cylindrically shaped dust collector for venting pneumatically filled silos. Cement Silo Filter's stainless steel body contains vertically mounted, filter elements. The air jet cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection cover. Dust separated from the air flow by special filter elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic reverse air jet cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements.
